This is a great opportunity to join a cutting-edge digital marketing team. The Digital Marketing Specialist, Demand Generation, is responsible for oversight, management and performance of search engine marketing and third-party advertising for the Laboratory Chemicals Division. The position requires experience in the day-to-day management of paid search campaigns.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation, monitoring, tracking and optimising of PPC campaigns such as Google Ads.
- Track critical metrics and budgets with established dashboards and pacing files.
- Effectively and efficiently handle the PPC budget to improve the value.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and market requirements to tailor campaigns to the specific needs of our customers.
- Build and maintain landing pages, building content and structure that drives CTR and weekly lead targets.
- Have an innovative attitude with a passion for learning through testing. Proactive and flexible - be able to multitask and efficiently prioritise time-bound tasks.
- Anticipate future needs and build the required expertise as we journey on our roadmap towards personalisation, omnichannel delivery and automation in digital marketing.

What you'll need to succeed

- Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years of relevant experience in Paid Search advertising, preferably in a B2B environment.

- Advanced understanding of SEM using Google Ads, Bing Ads or other paid search engines or other paid search engines.
- Advanced experience with bid management platforms (eg. Adobe Media Optimiser, Kenshoo, Marin, DoubleClick or Search Ads 360).
- Consistent record of creating, optimising and reinventing campaigns to constantly improve results.
