Hays Technology are looking for a skilled Digital Solutions Analyst/Business Analyst to join a solutions and change team and play a key role in delivering digital transformation across the organisation. You’ll work with senior stakeholders to shape digital solutions, define requirements, build business cases and ensure projects deliver measurable value.

- Lead requirements gathering, analysis and solution definition for digital projects.
- Facilitate workshops and map current/future processes.
- Produce business cases and support benefits tracking.
- Translate complex requirements into clear deliverables and user‑focused designs.
- Work closely with developers and suppliers throughout delivery.
- Design and run UAT/testing, ensuring a smooth transition into service.
- Provide clear documentation, training and progress reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience as a Business or Solutions Analyst across the delivery lifecycle.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
- Confident analysing requirements, processes and user needs.
- Knowledge of agile principles and service/user‑journey design techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Highly organised, collaborative, and proactive.
- Desirable: Business Analysis qualification, UX or service design experience, understanding of accessibility standards.
