Your new role

• Manage an internal team and a network of external agencies to deliver high-quality, on-brand campaigns
• Partner closely with sales to drive lead generation and customer growth
• Maintain and evolve brand strategies across business units to ensure consistency and impact
• Own the marketing budget, reporting on key metrics to demonstrate performance and ROI
• Work predominantly on-site in Portadown to build relationships and stay close to branches, with hybrid flexibility where project work requires it

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Marketing or related field preferred
• Proven success developing and executing multi-brand or multi-unit marketing strategies
• Strong digital marketing skills with a data-led approach to continuous improvement
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational and project management skills
• Willingness to travel to branches across Northern Ireland as needed
