Your new role

  • Website & SEO Management:
Manage the ongoing success and performance of the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date, on-brand, and optimised for user experience and lead generation.
Work closely with our SEO partner agency to implement optimisation strategies, monitor performance metrics, and identify opportunities to improve traffic, engagement, and search visibility.
  • Social Media Management:
    Manage and grow social media presence, primarily LinkedIn, ensuring consistent, on-brand posts and engagement.
    Manage sponsored LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including planning, targeting, budgeting, and performance optimisation to maximise
    ROI.
  • Campaign Management:
    Plan and deliver multichannel marketing campaigns, ensuring content is tailored to the platform, audience, and campaign objectives.
  • Content Creation:
    Write and produce engaging content, including website articles, blogs, case studies, email campaigns, award submissions, and visuals to support brand storytelling and lead generation.
    Maintain and manage the content calendar to ensure timely and consistent publication across all platforms.
  • Video Production:
    Lead on video content creation for social media, including developing briefs, scripting, storyboarding, and overseeing visuals to ensure videos are on-brand and aligned with campaign goals.
    Coordinate recording and editing processes, working with external agencies as needed.
  • Brand Consistency:
    Ensure brand messaging and tone are consistent across all marketing collateral and communication channels.
  • Internal Communications:
    Support the creation and delivery of internal communications, including intranet updates and internal blog posts, to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • External PR:
    Oversee external communication efforts, including press releases and award submissions, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
    Work with external partners (designers, printers, videographers) as required.
    Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, using insights to recommend improvements.
  • Industry Awareness & Innovation:
    Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing innovations.
    Leverage Marketing AI tools for content creation, campaign optimisation, automation, and data-driven insights to improve efficiency and performance.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree in marketing, PR, or a related field.
  • Up to 5 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within B2B or service-based industries.
  • Strong content creation skills – copywriting, editing, and proofing with attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Experience managing sponsored LinkedIn advertising campaigns desirable.
  • Design skills (Adobe InDesign) desirable.
  • Experience using CMS systems and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, WordPress) desirable.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
