Your new role

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving B2C audience engagement, digital acquisition and subscription growth across multiple channels. This is a hands-on, varied role that suits someone confident managing multiple workstreams, comfortable with data, and excited to work across emerging digital tools and platforms.
You’ll be joining at an exciting point of growth as the brand diversifies into new revenue areas including subscription products and trade shows. This role offers real autonomy, visibility across the business, and the chance to influence marketing strategy.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Deliver digital marketing campaigns across email, social, paid and web to support audience growth and subscriptions.
  • Analyse campaign performance, user behaviour and engagement metrics to inform optimisation and reporting.
  • Support subscription marketing and retention activity, helping develop new customer journeys and lifecycle programmes.
  • Contribute to marketing around trade shows, consumer events and brand activations.
  • Manage content updates, newsletters and CMS activity in collaboration with editorial teams.
  • Work across new digital tools and emerging technologies to enhance customer experience.
  • Work independently to manage deadlines, juggle multiple tasks and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

What you'll need to succeed :

  • Experience within publishing is essential.
  • Strong digital marketing skills (email, social, analytics, CMS).
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on insights.
  • Confidence working autonomously and managing several projects at once.
  • Curiosity for new technologies and an eagerness to test, learn and optimise.
  • A proactive, “joiner” attitude — someone who enjoys contributing broadly within a lean team.
  • This role would suit a marketer with approximately 3–6 years’ experience, looking to step into a position with more ownership and variety.
