Your new role
Working closely with senior management, you will support all areas of the business through the planning, execution and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns. You will be involved in the full campaign lifecycle — from initial concept and content creation to launch, analysis and reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, devising and optimising fully integrated marketing campaigns
- Managing multichannel competitions to drive customer engagement and data capture
- Engaging audiences across online and offline channels throughout the marketing funnel
- Writing, editing and proofreading marketing copy and campaign assets
- Managing and briefing external design and copywriting agencies
- Delivering campaigns across email, social and paid media
- Building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Tracking and reporting on campaign performance, providing actionable insights
- Continuously improving KPIs through test‑and‑learn optimisation
- Using Google Analytics and other tools to review results and maximise ROI
- Supporting the delivery of a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints
What you'll need to succeed
- 2+ years’ experience in a marketing role
- Highly analytical mindset
- Experience using marketing automation tools (e.g. MailChimp, HubSpot, Dotdigital, ContentCal)
- Strong copywriting, editing and proofreading skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns across various channels
- Experience working with third‑party agencies
- Familiarity with landing pages and automated email journeys
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking and measuring digital performance
- Knowledge of WordPress and WooCommerce
- Experience within the publishing, subscriptions or e‑commerce environment is highly desirable
