Department: Digital & Communications Duration: 12 months initially
Pay Rate: £15.82 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 (35 hours per week with a 1-hour lunch break)
Location: Tongwell, Milton Keynes – Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)
Start Date: ASAP

Your New Role:
As a Digital Marketing Coordinator – CRM, you will play a key role in supporting the Digital Marketing CRM Specialists and agency partners to deliver industry-leading, customer-centric CRM communications across the customer life cycle.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute CRM campaigns that enhance customer engagement, generate leads, drive sales opportunities, and strengthen customer loyalty for one of the world's most recognised automotive brands.

You'll Also:
  • Support the Digital Marketing CRM Specialists with content and data briefs for national CRM campaigns, ensuring the right message reaches the right customer at the right time.
  • Assist in managing Purchase and Ownership Journey communications, ensuring all customer communications remain relevant, accurate, and up to date.
  • Maintain and update the Single View Customer Experience documentation to provide visibility of CRM communications and creative assets across the retailer network.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, business units, and external agencies to develop and deliver regular and ad hoc email marketing campaigns.
  • Support the delivery of key CRM programmes and campaigns including Rewards, Digital Extras, Retention, New Car Offers, and other customer engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and analysis, identifying actionable insights to improve communication effectiveness, customer engagement, and campaign results.
  • Analyse messaging performance, call-to-actions, deployment timings, and customer response rates to support continuous campaign optimisation.
  • Assist with budget administration, including the processing of purchase orders, invoices, and general financial tracking.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • Previous experience in a marketing, CRM, communications, or digital marketing role.
  • Excellent copywriting and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • A creative and innovative mindset with an interest in customer engagement and digital marketing.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Understanding of customer data, campaign reporting, and using insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Knowledge of CRM marketing principles and customer life cycle communications.
  • Appreciation of the commercial impact of marketing activities on business objectives.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent industry experience is desirable.
