Your new role

You'll join as a Customer Support Advisor – Digital Engagement, assisting customers via modern digital communication channels to provide tailored support. This role focusses on delivering compassionate, tailored support and helping individuals reach fair and sustainable outcomes. You'll take time to understand each customer's situation, manage vulnerability with care and professionalism. You will play a key role in testing new collections strategies, working closely with internal stakeholders to trial, learn, and optimise how they engage with customers in difficulty. The position offers excellent growth potential and is growing at a quick pace.


What you'll need to succeed

You'll need excellent written and spoken English, a positive and empathetic personality, and a genuine desire to help vulnerable customers. Experience in customer service related roles is essential, and the role is also open to newly graduated professionals with strong communication skills and the right attitude.
