Reliable and experienced Digger Driver is required for multiple residential projects within the Belfast area.

Your new company

A large construction company requires a Digger Operator supporting groundwork, drainage, and foundation activities while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.


Your new role

  • Operate excavators (between 5 and 20 tonnes) in a safe and controlled manner.
  • Carry out excavation work for foundations, drainage, trenching, and utilities
  • Assist with site preparation including grading, levelling, and backfilling
  • Work closely with site managers, groundworkers, and subcontractors
  • Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance of machinery
  • Ensure all work complies with site drawings, specifications, and health & safety standards
  • Follow all site procedures, method statements, and risk assessments
  • Support general site duties when machine operation is not required
  • Maintain the cleanliness and security of plant equipment

  • Valid Digger ticket
  • Previous site experience
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable to different site environments
  • Good communication skills
  • Proactive and safety-conscious approach
