Your new role

• Deliver responsive support for laptops (Windows, macOS, Linux), mobile devices, printers, and accessories.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, escalating when necessary.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding tasks, including setting up user accounts and devices.
• Monitor and maintain endpoint management systems (e.g., MDM, patching, asset tracking).
• Assist with the setup and upkeep of business tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira.
• Support identity and access systems, including SSO, MFA, and user permissions.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, VPN, wired connections) with guidance from senior engineers.
• Maintain and support A/V equipment in meeting rooms (Google Meet, Microsoft Teams).
• Create and update internal IT documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Track and manage support requests using tools like Jira or ServiceNow.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
• Comfortable working with Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.
• Familiarity with MDM tools (e.g., Intune, Jamf) and cloud platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
• Understanding of access control systems and security best practices.
• Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with A/V and conferencing tools is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a knack for clear documentation.
• Bonus points for certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, or Google IT Support.
