An exciting opportunity to join an AJ100 Architectural Practice as either a Design Architect or a Delivery Architect (2x positions available). This role suits someone who would be willing to work with major clients within the industrial sector on a varied selection of projects across the country.
Your new role
- Project running.
- Working individually and with colleagues to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
- Working with clients and other consultants to manage workload, outputs and project milestones.
- The production of construction stage drawings, mainly in Revit, but very occasionally in AutoCAD.
- Production of technical packs, including general arrangement drawings and technical details.
- Working in small project-based teams within the office and digitally across offices.
- Visiting site and external organisations’ offices for Design Team Meetings, site reviews, snagging and client and/or contractor meetings.
- To have led projects in the past.
- To be registered on the ARB/RIBA board.
- 4+ years of experience working in the UK.
