  • Coaching and developing a team of ER specialists to deliver credible, risk-based solutions.
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver commercial, people-focused outcomes aligned with business goals.
  • Championing transformation and leveraging technology to streamline ER processes.
  • Deputising for the Head of ER and contributing to the wider ER leadership team.
This is a high-impact role where your expertise will shape the future of ER in a dynamic, people-first environment.

  • A proven track record of leading and developing high-performing ER teams.
  • Strong service delivery focus, with experience managing performance against SLAs and KPIs.
  • A data-led approach with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience in managing ER aspects of TUPE, M&A, and organisational change.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and experience leveraging technology to optimise ER processes.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and inspire confidence across all levels of the business.
What you’ll get in return
You’ll join a collaborative, inclusive culture that values your contribution and supports your growth. Benefits include:
  • A competitive salary and flexible benefits package.
  • Hybrid working and a culture that supports work-life balance.
  • Access to industry-leading learning and development programmes.
  • The opportunity to shape strategic ER in a globally respected firm.
