You will be responsible for processing bordereaux data in accordance with internal protocols and regulatory expectations. This includes working closely with brokers and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate data collection. You will also support the production of management information that provides insights into portfolio performance. In addition to core processing duties, you will offer ad hoc support to the wider Delegated Authority team as needed and ensure all work complies with relevant industry standards and conduct rules.

To be successful in this role, you should have A Levels or an equivalent academic background, along with strong Excel skills and confidence working with data. Experience with bordereaux systems such as Vipr is advantageous but not essential. You’ll need excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret data accurately. Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach are essential, as is a willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic working environment.
