They are currently recruiting for solicitors, associates or senior associates to join their defendant EL/PL team in Manchester and Birmingham on a hybrid basis. Your new role
Dependent on your level of experience, these Defendant EL/PL positions will see you:
- Handle your own caseload of defendant EL/PL valued up to £500,000.
- Handle occasional occupational health and disease files when required, ranging in value.
- Assist senior team members on higher-value, complex cases.
- Conduct liability investigations, gather evidence, review medical evidence and prepare instructions.
- Draft court documents and attend court hearings.
What you'll need to succeed
- You must be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive.
- Applicants should have qualified or paralegal experience handling their own caseload of personal injury claims.
- Defendant multi-track personal injury experience is beneficial.
- Experience of occupational health and/or disease work is beneficial.
- All applicants must have excellent communication skills.
