The curriculum integrates practical skills with emotional and social development, offering a safe and enriching space for students to flourish.

Your New Role:
As a Daytime Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting students during school hours. You will offer compassionate, hands-on assistance that promotes engagement, wellbeing, and progress. A nurturing, person-centred approach is essential, along with the ability to recognise and respond to individual needs. You should be able to think creatively in emotionally challenging situations and remain calm and composed under pressure. A genuine passion for holistic and innovative education is vital, as is a commitment to the organisation’s values and vision.
