Key Responsibilities

As part of the Customer Master Data team, you will:

  • Deliver precise and high‑quality customer data services for the council and trust.
  • Process new and updated customer records, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Verify all customer information to ensure compliance with corporate, financial and legislative requirements.
  • Maintain awareness of potentially fraudulent activity, escalating concerns where appropriate.
  • Ensure strict GDPR compliance and always maintain confidentiality.
  • Assist in producing management information and compliance reports using Oracle.

✨ Who We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates will have:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in data processing or master data environments.
  • Confidence working with business systems (Oracle experience desirable).
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
  • Ability to work proactively in a fast‑paced transactional environment.
  • Awareness of data governance, GDPR and financial processes.
