Data Entry Clerk

We’re working with an organisation that needs a temporary Data Entry Administrator for a minimum three‑month assignment. The role focuses on accurate data entry and general admin support. They’re looking for someone who’s organised, detail‑minded and comfortable working at a steady pace.

The working hours are 9:00am - 17:00pm, Monday to Friday on a hybrid model.

Your new role

  • Update and maintain internal databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Carry out data entry tasks with a strong focus on precision and consistency.
  • Support the creation of reports and documentation when needed.
  • Handle general administrative duties, including organising and filing documents.
  • Work closely with colleagues to improve and streamline data management processes.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Confident using internal CRM systems along with Microsoft Office tools.

  • Strong administrative abilities with excellent attention to detail in data entry tasks.

  • Capable of working independently while also contributing effectively within a team.

  • Highly computer‑literate and quick to learn new digital systems and software.
