• Maintain and update pupil and staff data across Trust systems
• Support with data analysis for attendance, attainment, and progress
• Assist in preparing reports for senior leaders and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with data protection and GDPR regulations
• Liaise with school-based staff to ensure consistency and accuracy

• Experience working with data in an educational or administrative setting
• Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and MIS systems (SIMS, Arbor, or similar)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A commitment to supporting educational outcomes through effective data use
