Unconscious biases are beliefs we form about people without being consciously aware that we are doing so. They can have real and sometimes negative consequences in recruitment. This course helps hiring managers and interview panellists recognise some of the different types of unconscious bias that affect professional and interpersonal interactions, making it difficult to recruit in a manner which is equal, diverse and inclusive.
