• Build, run, and operate end-to-end controls for market products.
• Perform control analysis and build tasks (90–95%) and collaborate with Markets SMEs for review and approval.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, operating models, and IA expectations.
• Interpret and validate Trade/Transactional data for Markets.
• Engage with market business stakeholders to drive robust risk and control frameworks.

• 6–12 years’ experience in Markets with:
  • Practical Markets product and business knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of data flows and market infrastructure.
  • Proven risk and control experience.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and operating models.
• Ability to understand and interpret data meaningfully, especially Trade/Transactional data.
• SQL and Python proficiency.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.

• Hands-on data professionals with experience implementing controls end-to-end.
• Strong focus on data first, followed by risk and control, and regulatory reporting.
• Candidates must be based in Northern Ireland.
