Your new role
As a Data Analyst, you will take a lead role in the organisation’s data reporting and analytics function. Reporting to the Head of IT Services, you will be responsible for the Microsoft Fabric Data Platform and the Power BI reporting estate, ensuring data is an enabler for decision-making across the organisation.

Your new role
As a Data Analyst, you will take a lead role in the organisation’s data reporting and analytics function. Reporting to the Head of IT Services, you will be responsible for the Microsoft Fabric Data Platform and the Power BI reporting estate, ensuring data is an enabler for decision-making across the organisation.
- Provide technical guidance and support to a junior analyst to ensure high standards of BI solution design.
- Take ownership of the Power BI tenant and work to maintain a robust MS Fabric environment.
- Create and maintain vital datasets and Power BI reports for various departments, including Executive-level KPI reporting.
- Lead on data integrity and quality, establishing standards and mitigating challenges across multiple platforms.
To be successful in this role, you must be a data professional with strong technical foundations and a desire to take ownership of a platform.
- Proficiency in SQL and Power BI (including administration on the Power BI Service).
- Hands-on experience or an understanding of Microsoft Fabric would be beneficial.
- A willingness to share knowledge and the communication skills required to support the development of a junior colleague.
- Proven ability in data mining, statistical techniques, and developing data models to answer business questions.
- The ability to collaborate with clinical, financial, and operational teams to improve processes through data.
