Permanent Data Administrator based in Wythenshawe, £26,000-£30,000

Your new company

You’ll be joining a well-established financial planning organisation in Wythenshawe with a strong reputation for putting clients first. The business prides itself on a supportive, family‑feel culture with regular socials, company events and a collaborative team environment.

Your new role

As part of the Client Servicing team, you’ll play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers by producing accurate, high-quality reports and documentation. This is a data‑heavy administrative role, where attention to detail is absolutely essential.

You’ll be responsible for collating and inputting information from various platforms, including Quilter, and formatting this data into clear, professional reports for advisers. You’ll also interpret notes from advisers’ client meetings and turn them into well-structured, easy‑to‑read written summaries.

There will be some telephone contact, but this is limited to internal teams only. The role is fully office‑based and suited to someone who enjoys focused work, takes pride in getting things right first time, and understands the importance of accuracy within financial services.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing accurate work

  • Experience in a role involving manual data entry and working with multiple systems

  • A background working to quality standards or targets

  • The ability to interpret detailed information and present it clearly in written format

  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to get stuck in

  • An understanding of how your work impacts advisers, clients and the wider business

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage routine, process‑driven tasks effectively

Experience within financial services or financial planning would be advantageous, but is not essential for someone with the right skills and mindset.

What you'll get in return

  • A permanent role with a salary of £26,000 - £30,000 DOE

  • A supportive and inclusive company culture with a genuine family feel

  • Free on-site parking

  • The opportunity to build a long-term career within a stable and growing organisation

  • Full office‑based working with a friendly, collaborative team environment
