Your Role
As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in safeguarding both IT and Operational Technology (OT) systems. You’ll lead the charge in monitoring threats, responding to incidents, and designing secure architectures that protect critical assets across global sites.
Your responsibilities will include: Security monitoring, incident response, and forensic investigations. Conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing. Designing secure IT/OT network architectures and recommending solutions. Developing and maintaining security policies and procedures. Delivering security awareness training across the organisation. Analysing threat intelligence and proactively identifying risks. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified security approach. Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with global standards.
What You Need to Succeed
7–10 years’ experience in IT, with at least 5 in a dedicated cybersecurity role. Strong knowledge of security principles, tools, and technologies (SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection). Experience in OT security and industrial control systems (ICS/SCADA) is highly desirable. Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, IEC 62443, GDPR. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+, or GICSP.
