Cyber Lawyer 3+ To £££

Rare opening for an ambitious cyber lawyer to join one of the leading teams in the City and work on a broad-ranging caseload including cyberattacks, data breaches (multi-jurisdictional), regulatory matters and pre-breach services including cyber simulations. You will be advising corporate clients, insurers and their insureds in evaluating data breaches and cyber exposures and assisting in responses to suspected breaches and cyber threats. This includes negotiating with attackers, managing forensics investigations, notifying regulators and dealing with law enforcement and government authorities. You will also advise on post-notification requests, complaints and claims. Strong litigation experience and previous cyber knowledge essential and any technology and/or media disputes experience advantageous. Excellent prospects going forward in this rapidly expanding team.
