A leading airline group is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cutover Manager to lead end-to-end cutover planning and execution for a large-scale Oracle Fusion HCM transformation. This role will ensure a controlled, low-risk transition from legacy HR systems into Oracle Cloud, coordinating across multiple work streams and stakeholders.

This role will ensure a controlled, low-risk transition from legacy HR systems into Oracle Cloud, coordinating across multiple work streams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage the integrated Oracle HCM cutover strategy, including timelines and business freeze windows
• Coordinate all cutover activities across Core HR, ORC, Learning, Talent, Performance, Compensation, and Help Desk modules
• Lead dress rehearsals/mock cutovers and incorporate lessons learnt into final execution
• Oversee data migration, reconciliation, validation, and production readiness checkpoints
• Align functional, technical, security, integration, and reporting work streams
• Facilitate cutover command centre and daily stakeholder updates during go-live
• Manage hypercare activities, issue triage, and transition into BAU support
• Coordinate all cutover activities across Core HR, ORC, Learning, Talent, Performance, Compensation, and Help Desk modules

Key Requirements
• Proven experience as a Cutover Manager on Oracle Fusion HCM programmes
• Strong understanding of HCM deployment life cycle, data migration, integrations, and testing cycles
• Experience managing complex enterprise transformations in high-pressure environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience coordinating multiple suppliers and offshore delivery teams
• Strong governance, RAID management, and risk mitigation capability
• Strong understanding of HCM deployment life cycle, data migration, integrations, and testing cycles
• Experience managing complex enterprise transformations in high-pressure environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience coordinating multiple suppliers and offshore delivery teams
