Your new role

My client is recruiting for a Customer Services Representative, covering varied duties including:

  • Data processing customer orders
  • Booking haulage for deliveries via online carrier systems and via email
  • Tracking and tracing deliveries
  • Communicating directly with customers and suppliers on the telephone and via e-mail
  • Recording and responding to customer complaints
  • Liaising with the warehouse team to ensure customer orders are handled promptly
  • Investigation of stock-related queries
  • General administration tasks as required

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role you will require:

  • A great telephone manner
  • Competent IT skills, particularly MS Office
  • A confident, positive communicator at all levels
  • Previous administrative experience and proven organisational skills are vital
  • Knowledge of import/export procedures and logistics admin are desirable
  • You must be able to work under your own initiative but also within a team
