Due to organisational growth, a role has been created for a Customer Services Assistant to join on a temporary basis.


Your new role

As a passionate and adept individua, your primary responsibility is to manage and execute a range of support tasks, providing excellent service to internal and external stakeholders. You will contribute to improving the operations' productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dealing effectively with a wide range of frontline enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Logging enquiries
  • Working in accordance with Internal policies and procedures
  • Data input including standard reports and ad hoc reports
  • Filing, scanning, photocopying and other general office tasks
  • Assistance with event administration as required

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this highly visible role, you will:

  • Have previous experience in a customer service role
  • Have excellent telephone manner
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Have excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Have excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Experience in social housing (desirable)
