We are urgently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy Contact Centre team on a temporary basis. This role is critical in providing first-class customer service to residents and supporting essential housing services. You must be available to start immediately.

Your new role

As a Customer Services Advisor your role will involve:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Provide advice on queries including rent, repairs, and tenancy management.
• Log and track enquiries using CRM systems, ensuring accurate records.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate where necessary.
• Support vulnerable customers by signposting to appropriate services.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant policies and procedures.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
• Professional and empathetic approach to challenging conversations.
• Immediate availability to start work.
