Hays are working with a business based in Shrewsbury who are looking for a Customer Services Administrator on a temporary basis starting immediately. They are seeking an immediately available Customer Services Administrator to join our team and provide exceptional support to our customers and internal operations. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Your new role
As a Customer Services Administrator, your role will involve:- Customer support: Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat queries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Administration: Maintain accurate records, update customer databases, and process documentation.
- Order management: Assist with processing orders, returns, and tracking deliveries.
- Issue resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating when necessary.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth customer service operations.
- Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer service metrics and feedback
What you'll need to succeed
- Immediate availability to start work.
- Experience in customer service, administration, or office support roles.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- IT proficiency: Comfortable using MS Office, CRM systems, and email platforms.
- Organisational ability: Able to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively.
