Customer service / Transport planner

Hays recruitment are currently recruiting for a customer support / transport planner for our client based on the outskirts of Canterbury.

Full-time permanent position starting asap.

Monday to Friday

8:30am till 5pm

£25,396.80 annually

Duties

- Taking in coming calls
– Tracking deliveries
- Communicating with customers
- Ensuring excellent customer service

What we are looking for

- Previous Customer Service experience.
Knowledge of transport planning would be desirable but not essential.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word
