Your new role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining accurate customer data
- Processing orders efficiently and accurately
- Handling enquiries and resolving complaints professionally
- Coordinating with internal teams for invoicing
- Providing administrative support
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience working in a customer service role. You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organisational skills. You can work well in a fast-paced environment, can prioritise and manage your time effectively. You're proactive, self-motivated and have a sense of urgency. Ideally, you will also speak a European language such as French or German.What you'll get in return
You will receive an excellent salary of £25,000 plus a generous benefits package including holiday allowance, pension, ability to work from home 2 days a week after training and more.
