Your new role

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and building strong client relationships? Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Services / Sales Administrator to support operations across the UK and Europe.
In this role, you'll take ownership of customer accounts, ensuring a seamless experience from enquiry to delivery. You’ll be the primary contact for a portfolio of European customers, handling quotations, purchase orders, and delivery schedules. You’ll also process orders, manage logistics, and collaborate with internal departments and remote Business Development teams.

Key responsibilities include:
• Managing customer enquiries and logistics
• Maintaining accurate records and systems
• Generating reports and supporting sales initiatives
• Advising customers on products and logistics options

You’ll have authority to:
• Place and manage orders in line with contracts
• Set up new credit accounts
• Recommend exchanges or refunds
• Advise on logistics within pricing parameters

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience in customer service and sales administration
• High attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
• Excellent keyboard and organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise, follow through, and solve problems effectively
• A calm, positive, and adaptable approach to teamwork
