Temporary Customer Service role in Manchester City Centre £14 per hour immediate start

Your new role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective support across a range of enquiries. You’ll handle incoming calls, emails and queries, ensuring each interaction is managed professionally and resolved efficiently. You’ll work closely with internal teams to coordinate solutions, update systems accurately, and ensure customers are kept informed throughout.
