Customer Service & Administration Assistant
Office-based | 35 hours per week | Middlewich, Cheshire Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm + 4 hours every other Saturday
We’re looking for a confident and organised Customer Service & Admin Assistant to join a busy, office-based role. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being the go-to person for queries and support, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling customer queries with professionalism and care
- Updating records and databases accurately using Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
- Preparing and distributing information packs
- Covering reception duties and welcoming visitors
- Supporting general administrative tasks across the team
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous office-based experience is essential
- Excellent IT skills, especially in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- A proactive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Working Hours:
- 35 hours per week: Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm
- Plus 4 hours every other Saturday
