Our client is looking for a strong customer service professional to join their small but successful team based in Hull, where collaboration, reliability and customer focus are at the heart of everything they do.

This role can offer an immediate start for the right candidate.

Your new role

As a Customer Service Support professional, you will play a key role in assisting both the external sales team and a diverse portfolio of customers. This is a customer‑focused position where you’ll be managing communication across phone, email, Teams, and other channels, ensuring excellent service at all times.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high‑quality customer service and support
  • Managing customer communication across multiple channels
  • Inputting and processing orders using the company’s CRM system
  • Liaising with internal and external colleagues to ensure timely delivery of results
  • Completing general administrative tasks to support wider operations

Full training will be provided, giving you the tools and knowledge to succeed.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you will need:

Strong computer literacy
Good written and verbal communication skills
A proactive and adaptable approach
Qualifications in Maths and English
Previous customer service experience (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Telesales experience (advantageous)

Most importantly, you’ll be enthusiastic, committed, reliable, and willing to take on additional tasks when required.

    A full‑time, office‑based role in Hull, working Monday to Friday (08:30–16:30)
