This financial services company based in Central London is recruiting for a Customer Service/Business Development Executive to join their team on a temporary basis. This company is a rapidly-growing company with proven success and a clear, innovative, strategic plan. This role is 5 days/week (Monday to Friday), 8 hours/day with all 5 days in the office.

Your new role

Reporting to the Co-Founder, the purpose of this role will be to handle outbound calls to customers and prospective clients, with the duties including:
  • Understanding the needs and preferences of customers.
  • Introducing products/services and generating sales leads.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Fielding any queries and questions and assisting with solutions.
  • Collaborating with the team to drive forward strategies.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills/requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service or Business Development role.
  • Prior experience working to KPIs and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to liaise with internal staff and external customers/clients.
  • Resilient individual with a self-starter attitude and a strong desire to succeed in sales.
  • Proficient with MS Office and relevant/similar software.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks to meet targets.
