Customer Service Agent – Temp 2 months

Your new role

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolve billing, account, and service-related queries with empathy and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal systems.
  • Resolve or escalate complex issues to relevant teams when needed.
  • Work flexibly across various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A passion for helping people and delivering excellent service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly across different shift patterns.
  • Comfortable using digital systems and learning new tools.
  • Previous customer service experience (utilities experience is a bonus).
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
