I am urgently seeking an experienced Customer Services Advisor to join a busy housing team on a temporary basis.
You’ll act as the first point of contact for residents, handling a wide range of enquiries including repairs, rent and housing queries, while delivering a professional and empathetic service.

Key duties:
  • Managing inbound calls and emails
  • Resolving customer queries at first contact where possible
  • Raising and scheduling repairs accurately
  • Providing a high-quality, customer-focused service
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous customer service or call centre experience
  • Ideally, experience within the housing sector
  • Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage a busy and varied workload
The role:
  • 37 hours per week (rota-based hours)
  • Hybrid working (home and office split, flexibility required)
  • Temporary opportunity within a supportive team
  • Is required on a temporary basis until the end of June 2026
