Customer Service Advisor – 3 Month Contract
Location: London Heathrow
Hours:
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Contract Length: 3 Months

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a short-term contract. You’ll be the first point of contact for customer queries, providing timely and professional support across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and Teams
  • Logging and resolving issues efficiently and accurately
  • Collaborating with internal teams using Microsoft Teams
  • Maintaining up-to-date records and documentation
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in a customer service role
  • Confident using Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
