Your new role


  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Resolve complaints efficiently and empathetically
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes


What you'll need to succeed


You will have good organisational and communication skills. Ideally, you will have relevant customer service experience within a call centre or similar environment. Good IT skills are essential, alongside data entry and general administration.
