An established property services provider is seeking a proactive and organised Customer Service Advisor to join their team supporting a key contract in Basildon.
️ Role Overview
This position involves coordinating appointments with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and supervisors to ensure efficient scheduling and adherence to service level agreements. You'll play a key role in managing expectations, avoiding overpromising, and ensuring materials and equipment are ready for use at scheduled times.
Using internal scheduling systems, you'll allocate operatives and subcontractors to jobs, handle complex repair queries, and support customers who may have experienced service issues—building trust and confidence through effective communication.

Candidate Profile
Ideal applicants will have:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
