ONGOING TEMP CONTRACT - CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMIN - LEEDS CENTRE
A large transport company based in Leeds Centre is working with Hays Business Support to recruit a number of Customer Service Administrators to join the team ASAP.
I am working with a large organisation in Leeds City Centre to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join the team. This is to work for a great national organisation in freshly refurbished offices within the centre of Leeds. The roles are temporary, but depending on performance, there is the potential to be permanent.
As a Customer service administrator, you will sit with the wider Customer Service team to support all elements of customer service.
The main duties will include:
- Responding to web forms on lost property
- Responding to customer queries regarding timetable changes
- Helping to assign tasks to drivers
- Taking queries on driver complaints
The individual must be able to have good attention to detail to make sure information is logged correctly. You will get two full weeks of training prior to starting in the live role.
No holidays can be taken during this period because of the influx of workload (odd days are OK).
