Your new role

Hays are working with a growing manufacturing company in Normanton who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a professional manner.
  • Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain and update records using Excel and CRM systems.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide general administrative support as required.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with CRM systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organistional skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
