Customer Retention Manager, Bicester, £45,000 (£65,000+ OTE), Energy, Immediate Start!
Our client, an incredibly fast-growing B2B Energy Supplier based in Bicester, are looking to recruit an inspiring, motivated Retentions Manager to join their client-facing contact centre operation. Working in a fun, sociable office 5 days a week (great working hours - Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 5.30pm) and with an amazing opportunity to progress, this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate.
Our client have been established for 6 years, however their senior leadership team boasts over 100 years in combined industry experience. They have grown to just under 150 FTE and work alongside over 45,000 business clients, and are constantly growing. Due to their growth, they have created a brand new role for the right candidate to lead the Retention arm of their client-facing operation. Overseeing a team of 4 FTE (including 1 Team Leader), this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate! In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the Customer Retention team
- Setting, implementing and monitoring departmental goals/targets
- Monitoring, coaching and supporting team to maximise performance/development
- Providing regular reporting to senior management on team progress/milestones/forecasts, etc
- Working very closely alongside other client-facing teams (Sales/Customer Service, etc), to ensure aligned approach to customer journey
In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:
- Proven track record in overseeing a target-driven Sales OR Retentions team
- Experience of overseeing a client-facing team in a fast-paced contact centre environment
- Incredible people leadership skillset - ability to inspire and develop others
- Experience of leading Leaders (Team Leads/Supervisors, etc)
- Fun, sociable personality
In addition to a very competitive basic salary, our client are also offering the following:
- Uncapped commission structure (realistic OTE: £60,000 - £65,000
- Fantastic working hours (Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 5.30pm)
