We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst (BA) to support a Customer Portal initiative. This role is pivotal in bridging business needs with technical solutions, ensuring high-quality user stories, and driving harmonised processes and data models across markets.

Your new role

• Gather and analyse business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Facilitate analysis through review of observations, process maps, findings, and presentations.
• Analyse business data to influence requirements and system implementation.
• Support business acceptance and testing through creation of test cases and functional documentation.

• Write high-quality user stories aligned with the agreed “Definition of Ready.”
• Provide additional capacity and coaching to team members on user story writing.
• Review and refine user stories based on feedback from development and testing teams.
• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

• Drive harmonisation of business processes, data models, and system implementations.
• Support functional documentation and guidance to ensure consistent delivery.
