Business Analyst - Customer Portal Implementation - £550pd inside IR35 via Umbrella - London (Mostly remote)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst (BA) to support a Customer Portal initiative. This role is pivotal in bridging business needs with technical solutions, ensuring high-quality user stories, and driving harmonised processes and data models across markets.
Your new role
Requirements Engineering & Analysis
- Gather and analyse business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Facilitate analysis through review of observations, process maps, findings, and presentations.
- Analyse business data to influence requirements and system implementation.
- Support business acceptance and testing through creation of test cases and functional documentation.
User Story Development
- Write high-quality user stories aligned with the agreed “Definition of Ready.”
- Provide additional capacity and coaching to team members on user story writing.
- Review and refine user stories based on feedback from development and testing teams.
- Translate business requirements into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Process & System Harmonisation
- Drive harmonisation of business processes, data models, and system implementations.
- Support functional documentation and guidance to ensure consistent delivery.
