Your new role
As Customer Marketing Manager for two of the most popular brands, you will be the category & brand expert in front of the company’s top clients, defining 4Ps plans customised by account, always considering business priorities, and considering brand guidelines. It will also be a very relevant member that should fuel brands knowledge by building and sharing best practices on implemented activities or defining new initiatives to be tested in the market.
- Key Account Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with retail partners to drive sales, maximize product visibility, and implement effective merchandising strategies.
- Customer Marketing:
- Develop and execute customer-specific marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and drive product adoption.
- Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for strategic marketing initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to tailor marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse customer segments.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilise data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, track key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for management, summarising key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you need to have a minimum 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry. The right candidate will have category and customer marketing capabilities and proven experience in key account managing. You must be resilient to keep up with the ever-changing FMCG market, driven and adept to taking on multiple projects at the same time.
