Responsibilities include managing customer queries, coordinating events, maintaining accurate records, and supporting senior teams with reporting and feedback analysis. What you’ll need to succeed
  • Previous experience in customer service or relationship management
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence using MS Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and resolve issues promptly
  • A proactive approach to improving customer satisfaction
