Customer Liaison Officer - Social Housing-Temp

We are recruiting for a Customer Liaison Officer to join a large social housing project working with the Housing Association, on an initial 3-month temp basis.

This is a full-time role, 35 hours a week from Monday to Friday.

You will have flexibility to work from home, but there is field work involved, so a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.

Your new role

You’ll join as a Customer Liaison Officer supporting the accelerated delivery of EICRs across Your Housing Group. Your focus is simple: get access arranged, keep customers informed, and unblock historic no‑access cases.

You’ll split your time between home, office and the field — calling residents, coordinating with contractors, issuing and hand‑delivering letters, and attending joint access visits.

You’ll work closely with housing colleagues, capture customer needs, support vulnerable residents and keep a clear evidence trail so compliance deadlines are met.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong communication — clear, calm and confident with customers.
  • Customer liaison experience in housing, repairs or contractor‑facing roles.
  • A steady approach to no access — persistence, empathy and good judgement.
  • Solid organisation — appointments, logs, letters, follow‑ups.
  • Team working with coordinators, contractors and housing teams.

What you'll get in return

  • Full time, weekday hours.
  • Hybrid working with flexibility.
  • Hourly rate and weekly pay.
