Your new role

Key responsibilities include:
- Handle customer cancellation requests with care and efficiency.

- Update customer accounts and process standard change of details requests.

- Proactively raise any issues with your team leader to ensure smooth operations.

- There is the potential to take on additional responsibilities that require maintaining data accuracy over time.
