Are you a reliable and hardworking CSCS Site Cleaner looking for work on busy new-build construction sites? We are currently recruiting cleaners to support a range of residential housing developments and construction projects across Leicester and Nottingham.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing work with established developers and contractors, helping to ensure sites are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation throughout the build process.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning site welfare facilities, canteens, toilets and drying rooms
- Maintaining site offices, meeting rooms and welfare cabins
- Cleaning plots at various stages of construction
- Carrying out sparkle cleans and final handover cleans
- Removing dust, debris and general waste from work areas
- Sweeping and tidying communal walkways and access routes
- Ensuring all cleaning work is completed in line with site health and safety requirements
- Reporting any hazards or maintenance issues to site management
- Assisting site teams in maintaining a clean, safe and professional working environment
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card (Essential)
- Previous experience working as a cleaner on construction or new-build housing sites preferred
- Good understanding of site health and safety procedures
- Punctual, reliable and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Own transport is beneficial due to varying site locations, but not essential.
