Your New Role
This is a short-term 6-8 week interim position. As CRM Manager, you’ll lead the charge in driving customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value. You’ll set the strategic vision for personalised customer experiences, leveraging data and insights to deliver impactful campaigns. Working closely with brand, supply, partnerships, and commercial teams, you’ll translate marketing strategy into actionable objectives and manage the CRM calendar.

What You'll Need to Succeed
You’ll bring at least 5 years of B2C CRM marketing experience, with deep expertise in Braze across email, push, and in-app messaging. You’ll have a proven track record in managing or optimising loyalty programs, and be confident using tools like GSheets and Looker - HTML and SQL skills are a plus. Strong leadership and analytical capabilities are essential, along with a creative, customer-first mindset and the ability to work independently with a high degree of ownership.
